Accidental Damage Cover provides protection against any loss or damage subject to a few simple exceptions. Cover includes:-
Damage to glass/signs (automatically included when Buildings insured)
Underground services to your premises
Goods in transit on own and hauliers' vehicles - limit £10,000
(Including temporary warehousing during transit up to 30 days)
Loss of metered water/domestic heating oil
Loss of book debts - limit £25,000
Replacement of locks and keys following theft
Subsidence
Money (Standard Limits)
In transit/on premises during business hours-£2,000
Cheques and non-negotiable items-£250,000
In safe out of business hours-£1,000
Contents of money-operated machines-£100
At occupied home of partner/employee-£250

War and Terrorism Exclusion
Insurers are no longer able to offer the restricted Material Damage and Business Interruption cover previously provided in respect of loss or damage caused by an act of War or Terrorism.
Cover for Material Damage and Business Interruption against War or Terrorism remains available on request.

Loss of Income
This covers the loss of income you may suffer because of damage to your premises or contents from any insured cause. Cover is on an Accidental Damage basis.
Standard Indemnity Period-12 months (or as required)

Accidental failure of public utilities at the premises (electricity; gas; water)

Damage to property in transit by road, rail and inland waterway - limit £10,000
Damage to motor vehicles belonging to you - limit £10,000
Damage at any situation where you are carrying out a contract - limit £10,000
Damage anywhere you are exhibiting goods - limit £10,000
Loss of attraction - damage to property in the vicinity of the premises which causes a loss of custom to the business directly due to a reduction in customers visiting the area - limit £10,000
FEATURES
1.No hidden adjustments on wages paid at the year end. One single premium provides cover for the year of insurance unless there is a major change in the business, which must be advised to Insurers.
2.A risk management and security check on your business premises will be carried out and any recommendations advised to you.
